Beautifully written and so relatable. Pets leave footprints on our heart. My pets have always been family members. Those that have passed away have been cremated and go wherever I move. I could never leave them behind. Neville would probably tell you that if he can't be with you, he would like for you to reach out to another of his k9 cousins that need a loving home. My dogs are a part of me and when I loose one, a piece of me always goes with them. It's not unusual to cry for days and days.God bless you and Neville's memory.
