Cash is king and knowledge is power. The bank is not your friend. Money matters should be taught in schools and colleges. Most students don’t understand anything about money and how to make it work for them.

Students go into debt to study courses that will never make any money. Is that sound thinking?

Be responsible for your own financial responsibility. In order to do that you must have knowledge and find what works for you. Your life needs to be taken seriously. This is not a dress rehearsal and it’s so much better if you can lessen stress by being prepared for emergencies.

We can never know what is coming in the future, but we can try to prepare as best we can and stop flying by the seat of our pants.

Many people don’t have the nerves for the stock market. You may want to seek advice from more than one financial planner. Ask questions and make sure you understand what you are being told. But you must be in control of your financial future.

I have always loved real estate as an investment. But that’s because I love properties!

Learn all you can and work toward goals.
