I was a Realtor years ago. Things have changed dramatically. So many people that got into bidding wars and overpaid for their houses may find themselves upside down with their mortgage. It's been reported that foreclosures are increasing. I am amazed at some of the dumpy properties on the market with ridiculous asking prices. Good luck with your search!
