Thank you for your kind response. I have no close family anymore and no reason to be anywhere in the US. I had a major uprooting in Feb. when I sold my house and most of my belongings. My husband and I had considered this before he died. Living in the US is very stressful and not fun anymore. Life is too short to not enjoy it. I am definitely looking into it.
