Why I Write On Medium
Because it’s there and I can
I can’t remember when I first heard about Medium.
It sounded like it might be fun and I had many ideas for articles, as I have many interests and a diverse background.
But, shortly after I joined Medium, my husband died and my whole demeanor changed.
The interests that I had, don’t seem to be as interesting to me as they once were, but that will probably change in the future.
The idea of being paid to write sounded appealing.
It’s kind of like dangling carrots at a horse and try as he might, he just can’t quite reach them. Eventually.
I read most every article that pertains to how to succeed and be paid to write on Medium.
There’s been some very good information. Good tips.
Hopefully if I stick with it, there might be a pay off.
I need patience. Don’t expect overnight success.
It’s hard to imagine how much money could be made from writing. I remember when writers were always starving, some still are.
