You are correct. My mother was in the hospital very ill and her doctor told her when she went home to get the most important sleep 2 hours before midnight. It does make a difference. This world we live in makes it impossible for some to be able to do it. I am early to bed and very early to rise 4 a.m. Good article. I hope people pay attention.
